Hi, I’m Nancy Romero, founder of Temple Property Solutions. I help property owners find simple, stress-free solutions, whether you own a single-family home, a multifamily building, or a self-storage facility. Every situation is different, and my goal is to create an option that fits your needs and your timeline.
I buy properties directly, hold long-term rentals, and connect motivated sellers with the right buyers. That flexibility lets me offer solutions others often can’t, including fast closings, as-is purchases, and creative terms such as owner financing.
My background is in wildland fire. I started as a firefighter and have spent my career in the fire service, including training new firefighters. That work taught me to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always follow through. I’ve also spent years coaching people through big changes, and selling a property is often one of the biggest.
At the heart of everything I do is my love of God. My faith shapes how I do business: with honesty, integrity, and genuine care for every person I serve. I see every transaction as an opportunity to be a blessing, and I treat each seller the way I’d want my own family to be treated.
Family is everything to me. As a caregiver to my husband, I know how quickly life can change, and how much it means to have someone patient and understanding in your corner. When I get a quiet moment, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family and my Doberman, Luna, my loyal sidekick and biggest supporter.
